Refund policy

Because style prompts are delivered instantly as digital text, style sales are final once unlocked.

SENSE Studio and Project Pass

• SENSE Studio: you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Free trial: cancel before the 3-day trial ends from My Library and you are not charged. Once the trial has ended and the first payment is taken, the rules below apply. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you contact us within 7 days of your first monthly or yearly payment and have not made heavy use of the systems, we will review a refund request case by case.
• Project Pass: a single payment that does not renew. It is not refundable, except for a double charge or a purchase that did not unlock.
• If you refund or dispute a payment, the matching access is locked again automatically.

When we will make it right

• A double charge.
• A purchase that did not unlock after payment.
• A refunded or disputed payment, which locks the purchase again automatically.
